Swire Properties gave a presentation to the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization Governing Board at a meeting on March 23. The presentation included a slide that showed plans for the upcoming 80-story One Brickell City Centre, which is slated to become Miami’s tallest building at 1,049 feet above sea level.

The plans appear to show only a small portion of the project will be retail, on the ground floor. The lower levels will be office, mid levels will be residential, while the top floors will become a hotel.

On March 16, Swire’s CEO told stock analysts that Miami’s office market was strong, which bodes well for the project.
